IReL is pleased to announce that we have reached a new OA publishing agreement with Elsevier for their Cell Press journals.
The agreement, back-dated to January 2024, and running until December 2026, will allow authors at participating IReL member institutions to publish the Cell Press articles open access without author-facing OA fees.
The agreement will allow participating members continued read access to selected Cell Press journals.

Authors who have had eligible articles accepted for publication between January 2024 and August 2024 will be contacted in the coming weeks to offer them the opportunity to convert their article to OA under the agreement.
