We are thrilled to invite you to attend IReL’s Persistent Identifier Webinar, taking place on Thursday 21st May from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm (Irish Time).
As the DataCite and ORCID Consortium Leads, we aim to bring together individuals and institutions to celebrate and discuss PID adoption in Ireland. This event will focus on maintaining momentum and advancing the NORF Roadmap plan to promote and integrate PIDs, highlighting the benefits for both researchers and institutions.
The webinar will feature presentations from consortium members sharing their experiences with ORCID and DataCite integration, along with insights from PID organisation providers. Our goal is to exchange lessons learned, network, and provide up-to-date information on the current state of PID adoption in Ireland within the broader open access ecosystem.
