Minister Harris announces progress in Open Access to Irish research, benefitting researchers, students and citizens

Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science Simon Harris TD has announced that the IReL initiative, funded by the Department, is succeeding in making Irish research publications openly available.
